How do I send layouts? I need to ask this because I am trying to edit the part that is below my layout to where my signature line below a dash line is. I tried stuff, and I can't figure it out.

I tried to go to the send layouts page. It doesn't show ANY layouts I can send. It says "No results found." So I can't send layouts. I am a staff member, so I will need help since I never learned how to send layouts. I have to send it to one of my friends to help edit the part below my layout to above the "Layout by" part of the layout, so help is required.

Jcs1 : I am above the trusted member position, so I don't know why I can't do it.

Just to let everyone who replies here know, I hope it isn't that I have to get the TP needed for trusted. If it would be that, I will never be happy again.

Jcs1 : If it was that, then I feel sad. I can edit my layouts since I am a staff member, but can't send layouts.

Any help, other people?

Stevie 764 : Try going to edit layout in edit profile and settings and then click send layout. From there choose a person to recieve the layout you are sending it to and...well send it.

megamanmaniac : It doesn't show any layouts I can send. This is going to be extremely hard to solve, since it doesn't show the stuff I can send.

1. The way you talked in this post is rather childish and will probably cause you to lose Trust Points rather than gaining them. You may want to edit it a bit. Just a friendly tip.
2. To get TP, try doing a post spree or two so that you're noticed around the Board more often.

You're probably the only person who knows the answer. Stevie is RGR Staff so he outranks Trusted members, but he can't Send layouts. At the same time, he doesn't have enough Trust Points to be Trusted. In other words, if he wasn't RGR Staff, he would be a Normal member. Is that the reason he can't send layouts?

Stevie 764 : I think I've got the correct answer for you. I just tested it myself and as you can see, I am also a RGR Staff BUT do NOT have enough TP for trusted member... It does allow me to send layouts.

I just went to Edit Profile and Settings and then Edit Layout.

It should take you to the page showing the layouts that you have. Now on the far right of the layouts that you currently have there is a box that says STATUS. The layout must have YOUR username in the status box for you to be able to send the layout to someone. I am assuming this is your problem. If the layout you are trying to send has someones name other than your own in the STATUS box then it will not allow you to send the layout. This is the case if someone sent the layout to you originally then it will have whoever sent you the layouts username in the status box and it will NOT allow you to send that layout because its not yours to give.

You would have to create the layout you want to send yourself, from scratch, in order to be able to send the layout.

I tried simply editing the layout if someones else's name is in the status box and this WILL NOT change the name in the status box so it will not work with trying to send the layout.

LegolasJJH : Oh, so that was the problem. So it wasn't the TP. Not sure how to edit the stats below my layout to under the signature line, but I can't figure that out. Not sure if I should PM some help with putting it below my wig line in the layout to prevent word count abuse, though.
