Hey guys, 
Does anybody know how to get the tide to change in the Warp Cave? I got Mew from there, but I would like to be able to get into the other doors so I can get Deoxys and Latios (already have Latias). Any help on this would be appreciated. I can't seem to find any threads on this  anywhere else. Thanks!
