Because the games for disc consoles such as PS1, Dreamcast, and anything newer than that are too large. They would stream too much data through the server when people play them. If just a few people were playing them at the same time, it would make the site incredibly slow for everyone else and it would crash the site constantly. This server does not have the bandwidth to handle it. Having a server that could handle it would cost a fortune each month, so it just can't happen. I will close this since the question is answered.
