Sorry to tell you... But it's impossible to please.

Mainly because of Legal issues, I don't think Nintendo will like the idea of seeing a random website offering to play free the games of a console that it's still being sold.

The question has been answered. Too many legal issues with hosting games that are still in a company's profit circulation. As for other sites that do it, it is likely that Nintendo they are not noticed by Nintendo. Your guess is as good as mine. Regardless, if Nintendo doesn't know and they eventually found out, that site will probably get buried. I'll close this now.
