I am fairly new at the idea of trading Viz for items. Is there some type of specific method for doing this. Can someone please take a little time to guide me through the steps for spending Viz.

To spend viz, you must visit the item shop. It's located right below the banner of any page, next to the links for the chatroom, your profile, your posts, and the list of active and online users.

If you click on that link, it leads you to all the stores.  You can click on those stores to see what is in them and available for purchase.

Just to let you know, every store accept the accessory store is for a feature still being worked on for implementation.  In other words, buying them now will only result in the item being added to your inventory. In the future, if plans go well, they will be used for forum battles between users.

The Accessory store has items that might interest you more.  When you go there, read their descriptions carefully before making any choice!  Most items there will allow you to play games from certain systems for free.  And as always, each purchase goes into your inventory.  To buy an item, simply click on a slot (1 through 6), and the item will be purchased and placed in that slot.

Just be careful not to buy two items for the same slot, or one of the items will be deleted.

THANK YOU! Your input has been quite helpful.   but I was wondering, specifically, about    REAL  items and how I will know if I have actually purchased something.   For example:  there were some Pokémon and magic cards for sale and I want to buy some, however, I am not certain about how to purchase these items.   And how to insure delivery.

Ah, I see.  Real items are usually purchased in the vizzed marketplace.  It's on the list of forums towards the bottom right, but if you can't find it, here is the link: Vizzed Market.

As for purchasing something, you would 'wire' the vizzed points to the seller.  For example, if you click on any name and scroll to the VERY bottom of the screen, you should see a small box that says "Send [INSERT USERNAME HERE] Viz!" You type how much you want to send that person, leave a short message, and hit the Wire button!

As for ensuring delivery, that would really depend on the integrity of the person you are buying from.  I'd make sure to do a bit of research and see if the person seems reliable first.  I haven't heard of anyone NOT being reliable, but it's bound to happen.  Maybe chat with the seller before actually buying something, to get a feel of whether the offer is still available, and if the person seems to have honest intentions.

Yes, thanks again, you have been most helpful. And the thing about integrity with people on this site: as far as I can tell, it's pretty much demanded.  You can lose privileges just for being stupid.  Anyways, I will check it out again and follow your kind instructions. Have a nice day.
