I don't really understand what you mean. You've looked everywhere and you can't find this game? If you mean you've looked everywhere in the RGR and can't find it, it means it's not there. You can request it in this thread:

If you meant you can't find it anywhere on the internet, I'm skeptical; I Googled it and found at least 7 places that offer a download for the ROM. Two of which I know are legit ROM sites (I've used them personally in the past) and don't have any malware or viruses to my knoweledge. You'd probably have better luck just doing it that way if it's not in the RGR since David gets more suggestions and requests than you could imagine and doesn't have unlimited time to do that sort of thing.

I'm going to close this and advise you that if you really want it that badly, just download the ROM and play it on your computer.
