Hi, welcome to #1 Of how to glitch your game, brought to you by Blobbie244. Let's start with the order. 
#1.  Crash your game First, you must be at least at level six of Kirby's Adventure. Make sure you have the stone ability. Enter Level 6 and enter stage one. swim over to the first door. Right when you enter, press B (Z or X on RGR & NESCafe) Now your game will probably freeze, or might skip you to the credits, you will lose all your data... Then your game will reset.
#2. 255 Mikes You must be at Ice Cream Island. Now make sure you have the Mike ability. Hurt him twice with your mike, now you will see Paint Roller's health is low. For your one last use, jump in the middle of the screen and Press B. You will automatically get the star rod, and then you will have 255 Mike uses. :3 GTG!

For glitch #2, I noticed, "Hurt him twice with your mike." Also, it was the boss of ice cream island. I actually did the mic glitch, but the crash glitch at level 6 takes a few days of work to get to just to do that glitch. If you however lose your mike, you are screwed, because here is how I do the glitch:

Go to the boss, and wait around the Paint Roller until he draws the mic. Swallow it, and then use it twice. The boss should be almost dead. Go to the middle of the screen and activate your final mic. Then you have 0 mikes AKA 256 in 8-bit numbers. Then, when there's a tough situation, you can use your glitch mike, but the only glitch effect is that the mic after it underflows to P5 is a very minor Kirby graphic glitch.
