I made this thread to know what everyone's feeling / thinking about pokemons . 
My question is : " Why do you like pokemon ? " ( just like the title said ) 
So can you answer this ?

Because its awesome and you have a lot of fun when you play it and its awesome because there are more than 100 Pokémon's to collect and they are in many different areas  and its amazing that they transform when they reach a level to transform into other kind of shape and become stronger

I like pokemon because of plenty of reasons. The only reason i got into pokemon was for they looks. I remember when i first say charizard i was like "incredible". i like pokemon because they shot stuff and they look cool learn new attacks and its a fun game.

I like pokemon because it makes me feel happy and it makes me relaxed . While playing pokemon , I get to catch many pokemons ( my favorite ones ) and to catch certain legendary pokemons . And when watching anime , I get to see the story of my favorite pokemon trainer , which is Ash and his company .. I think that's about all .

They are great creature's like they made 649 or something its so cool

  I started liking Pokémon when my older brother gave me a Game boy Advanced and a Pokémon Red game one Christmas. I started playing the game and I got really addicted to it. I caught Mewtwo and many other really strong Pokémon I even got 6 of my favorite Pokémon to level 100. I soon bought other Pokémon games including: Pokémon Ruby, Pokémon Leafgreen, Pokémon Gold, Pokémon Crystal, Pokémon Emerald, Pokémon Sapphire, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.

 I like Pokémon because it was one of the first shows I was really into as a kid. I remember waking up early on Saturdays to watch it on WB Kids and I had my Gameboy with Pokémon Special Pikachu edition ready to play as soon as the show was over. That was until they ruined the show for me when they changed Ash's voice actor but that's just me.

lol it´s the best game of the world,i love all the pokemons ,plus when i was little and they buyed me the GBC and my first game was pokemon silver i was so happy lol nowbody could take the smile away from me

I like Pokemon because they are AWSUM creatures!
Most dudes are strong like Haxorus,Garchomp,Machamp,Tyranitar,Gengar HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!

I like Pokemon because how many ways you can build a team up... to be honest Pokemon for me is all about the battling over WiFi now.
Unfortunately you get the kids that just spam attack you and it feels like wow... why am I wasting my time..

I like Pokemon just for its its depth strategy and its always a boost when they evolve.

I like pokemon because of the adventure. You passed lush scenery and much more in exotic, tame, rural, and urban areas. I get a sense of growth as my pokemon not only increase in level but in form and learn stronger and better moves. Pokemon Blue was the first game I played as a child and I had many Pokemon games growing up (Pokemon Puzzle League still remains one of my favorites) most kids growing up get tired of pokemon however but I found pokemon to still be refreshing as each time it changed platform the asthetics, the mood, and the in game controveresy were unique from each other unlike the many mainstream FPS s that plague gaming today *cough* call of duty. The more I played pokemon the more stradgies became apparent, simulating, and diverse just recently I beat the champions rotation battle tournament in White 2 and in no small part due to my dual screens, magic bounce espeon and my choice band mamoswine accompanied by my life orb nasty plot Zoroark disguised as my D-Dance, Roost Dragonite. The gamplay wasn't just get from point A to point B it was start at point A and see how many points you can get to before point B. Mabye you go back to point B for rematches or possibly go to point D to partake in a challenge. I generally went to all the points did all the challenges and had fun, making everlasting memoreies of cheap critical hits.

I've liked Pokemon since I was about 7 or 8 years old when my older cousin first told me about it and I started collecting the cards... Then I discovered there were Pokemon games and shows, my first game was Pokemon Red I'll never forget playing it.  I've been hooked ever since

Its very additing and I have load of fun playing it its just really good.

I like it because it gives me a challenge when I get home from school.

I did love the pokemon series back when it first came out.
i can remember watching pokemon with my whole family on my parents bed.
it was cool!. then after a while i got intro the trading cards.. it was amazing. i loved the artwork on the cards. and i did alot of games with it to win new cards. i did'nt spent lots of money in it to get them.. i was not good at colecting so..
then i got my first game boy advance.. and a friend let me lend his pokemon silver. because i'd once played it somewhere and seemed to be good at it.
i'd trained pokemon for others for free because it was really fun.
after a year of 2 i got my first own pokemon game. pokemon ruby! it was amazing.
i did ALOT! of pokemon battles against my friends.. and i reminded unbeaten.
after a while no one wanted to play with me again.. so i started to train my pokemon more instead of making my trainers rank highr toward others. i got 16 lv 100 pokemon in total.
after a while the game seemed to be broken. a little piece of the disk was gone.. and my gameboy was throwen away and my ds i got a while back then was also broken. so i kept it in my wallet.
after a while i lost it completly.. tobad..
since i missed it i tried to find alternative metods to play it.. i looked up on youtube. and i saw a link to the VBA progam. i was amazed i could play pokemon on my laptop!
so i started over playing pokemon again.. this time on my own laptop!
i already played alot of different browse pokemon games because i missed my console pokemon games..
i'd played pokemon crater( now known as battle arena) and LOTS of different broswers.
since i had the VBA i didnt need to play such games anymore.. i started playing EVERY kind of pokemon game.
pokemon yellow silver gold crystal. even hacked pokemon version games.
i was happy again!.
during that time pokemon was a lot different in the anime.. and.. i didnt anjoy the anime anymore.. and i didnt have any cards left. because my sister threwed them way long ago.
i'd started to cheat.. because i wanted to have stronger trained pokemon. so i started to use wild pokemon modifer codes and move modifers. i'd trained ALOT of pokemons to great stats..
but due all the use of codes.. my VBA got glitchy.. now im not able to play the games on my VBA anymore without glitches. now i found vizzed i can play them again! but i'm rather doing medabots now then pokemon.. maybe same day i play pokemon activly again!.
