I think Pokemon X had made something like this, but it was count to 3000, and I would've went WAY too far.
anyways, It goes like this:
Person A: 1!
Person B: 2!
Person C  3!
If a mod hasn't posted yet by then, you start over. If a mod comes, this happens:
Person A: 1!
Person B: 2!
Legacyme3 (example): *posts*
Person C: DARNIT! Well time to start over. 1.
