You probably could have this problem because you have by accident deactivated your cookies, try searching around the browser "Tools" for something like Cookies, then you must change the configuration to accept Vizzed's cookies.

Try resetting your computer, clearing your cache, and cookies. It's also possible you did indeed deactivate cookies, which are needed.

I have had the problem a long time ago, and that's what fixed it for me.
