Arceus, he can be useful in WI-FI battle's by using the "plate" things to change his ( I know it's genderless but it's just a force of habbit) typing which is useful. He also is a over-rated yet good Pokemon, I remember having to catch enough for every typing, so many restarts on catching it and restarting games... (Of course I usually just trade over "Pokes" that are good so I can breeze through the game and catch an Arceus easily)

Raikou is not up there and he is my favorite. His purple cape thing really makes him stand out from the rest of the other 2 legendary dog pokemon. Not to mention his name sounds so awesome to say outloud.
