Welcome to vizzed.  Yes you can.  You have to set the keys to your liking.  For most the systems double the screen and it should pull up a menu.  For SNES click esc.  If yo need more info message me or a RGR staff member.

If you're using console controllers (PS3, 360, or Wii Classic Controller) and hooking that up to your computer, make sure you have the proper software to make it run on your computer. If Windows isn't reading it right, then neither will the RGR emulators.
