They mean by how many posts you have made in a day. It resets to "laziness/0 posts" after a 24 hour span. but.....

Mother3fan5 : If I am correct about this, I think the syndrome affection goes by this: 2 AM vizzed time - 2 AM (next day) vizzed time. It makes it pretty hard to get either O.P.S (Offical Post Spree) and Ravering & Ravering+. although the highest syndrom was Veneeval+ by none other than leggy. Around like 350 posts were done by him that day, I believe. I could be wrong, though.
