That option does not exist.  You will just have to mute you computer.  The only one that you can manage the sound with is the SNES.  You would have to go to options and from there it's pretty self explanatory.

Can't you mute the plugin from your Sound Mixer? Click the volume icon, go to Mixer, and then mute just the browser window for the game. This way you can keep other programs' sound on while muting the RGR.
