Apparently save files are stored locally (as in on your computer) now and not on the website. This means you can't pick up where you left off on another machine without manually placing the file on that other computer.

If you want to know how to transfer the save files from one computer to another, here's how:

Go to C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPlugin

You should see a folder that says User-###### (the number signs being actual numbers that correspond to your user id. For you, I assume it's User-29852) open that.

Then you'll see folders for every emulator you've used. For Golden Sun, you'll want VBA, the GBA emulator. Inside that folder, you'll see one that's called "Saves". Open that.

Here, you'll have all your GBA save files on that computer. You might see a file like "Golden Sun (USA).sav" that might not be what it's called... I'm not sure as I've never played Golden Sun on Vizzed... but that's just an example. I'm sure you can figure it out. The file with the .sav extension is the actual cart save. If you want a save state, you'll need the one that ends in .sgm.

Copy the files from the machine that has the save data you want to the machine that doesn't have it. You should back up files before changing stuff just in case.

As long as you keep the path and file names accurate on the other computer (basically the same was what the first computer has exactly), the RGR plugin should treat your game as the same as it was on the other computer.

Just note that progress made on Computer #2 won't update on Computer #1, so if you want to switch again, you'll need to do the transfer back the other way to update your saves each time.

burserk : I'm assuming all save data used to be saved on the server. I'm new here, so I don't know anything about that. From what I heard, it sounds like this change was made prior to my joining. I thought it was all connected to, but a recent test proved it to not be.

Emulators that use the java client to play instead of the RGR plugin still store their saves online though, supposedly. Those can be played across multiple computers still.
