Hello, I'm Lunacannon and I am new to Vizzed. I truly appreciate this site, as I am now able to play retro games I never got the chance to play. When I first visited, I wanted to play Pokémon, but soon I got sucked into the world of Mario. I'm sure I will continue to have an awesome time here- it appears the community is very friendly.

This really is a wonderful site and it gives people the opportunity to experience games they may never have found otherwise... also games they may never have heard of otherwise. I love digging up obscure titles and trying new things that I never knew existed before.

Thanks for welcoming me! I love retro games for many reasons, but a large part of it is difficulty. Lots of older games provide challenges that are not present in modern titles. These challenges make the games way more fun and allow you to take the time to notice details (though I definitely enjoy new games as well).

Tour de Vizzed was deleloped by Davideo7 (The site owner) and created by him, he had this idea by watching a Tour de France that happens every 3 months.

Tour de Vizzed is a competition that happens every 3 months, just like Tour de France, being them January, April, July and October.

Tour de Vizzed (aka (also known as) TdV) is a posting competition that consist of Jerseys and banners.

Jerseys and banners are special effects on your username that happens when you win a Jersey for a day, win the month's Jerseys, are winning a Tour de Vizzed, or won a TdV.
 
Jerseys are effects for the background of your username, there are 4 different Jerseys, being them Yellow, Blue, Red and Green.

The Yellow Jersey consists of who can post the most words during a day with all the posts during the day.
The Blue Jersey consists of who can make the most posts during a day.
The Red Jersey consists of who can make the largest amount of words in a post during the day.
And the Green Jersey consists of who can make the most 30+ words posts in a period of 1 hour (this Jersey can be competed multiple times during the day).

Banners are effects for the username text, they are tougher to win, there are 2 banners, the White banner for users that been registered on Vizzed to up to 3 months (this is your case), and the Rainbow banners, for people that have been registered over 3 months on the site.

Like I said before, the banners can be obtained when are you are winning your kind of Tour de Vizzed (Newbie Tour de Vizzed for you), or won your kind of Tour de Vizzed.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people and get yourself known a little, if you want to of course, be sure to compete!
