So guys, what opening speed level from Sonic Adventure 2 do you think is the best? I personally prefer Radical Highway as I think the music's better and the stage design is neater

I say City Escape. It's the opening level in the game and the most memorable level. You also can't forget about the truck.

I think it should be City Escape because it is the first level you ever play in the game.(Unless you start with Dark)

City Escape has always been my top favorite Sonic stage out of all of the games. I love how it has so many cool obstacles in it, considering it's the first stage the player plays in Hero Story mode. Also, I think the Crush 40 song makes the stage even more addicting. I have yet to meet anyone who hates that song/stage!

Actually, Radical Highway happens to be one of my other favorite stages within Sonic Adventure 2. I'm not sure what is about it that makes me like the stage... Maybe all of the cop cars and explosions? I guess I just love the lay-out of the stage.
