there is also a way to add them to your favorites.... although if you do that for every thread you ever post in then you'd start having a LOT of favorites....

other than that not really.... you just kind of try to remember where you've already posted. For some of us veterans who have been doing this for 5+ years we just visit every thread that gets a "new" that we're interested in.
