Story:
The same as before. A great evil, Shao Kahn, is hosting a
Mortal Kombat tournament called to take over the
Earth and the Outworld. You should choose a fighter, driving
to victory, defeating every character ,blah blah blah.

Difficulty:
Very easy Very easy, medium in medium, hard
on Hard and Very Hard to Very Hard. That is basically
all I can say is that it presents the difficulty
a challenge every time, but not like other games that is
as impossible, simply can not be overcome without cheat codes
or be a major player. And unlike other games
where he was defeated in five minutes,
although very easy game on each fighter that defeated, but the difficulty is increased.

Yona_db : The story you provided isn't entirely correct. It takes place after Shao Kahn's warriors lost the tournament that would win him control over the Earth Realm. Shao Kahn made a plot to break the rules of Mortal Kombat and take over the Realm anyway. It wasn't just another case of him holding another tournament. 

I found the arcade mode hard to beat at first since I'm a noob when it comes to Mortal Kombat games. I kind of found that random shout " TOASTY " a bit annoying cause it would sometimes distract me when I'm fighting.

Fun game to play, and good review too. The sad part is that I suck at fighting games like this, so that why I barely play them.

cnw64 : yeah, I was never a fan of Dan's "Toasty" either. Granted, it was partially put in there as a means of fighting Smoke, but it was an annoying way to do that. 

rcarter2 : Oh really ? I thought " Toasty " came up whenever you did an awesome move set of some sort. Never noticed it came out when fighting Smoke.

cnw64 : Well, it happens 5% of the time you do that uppercut move that makes your opponent fly in the air. During your fight with whoever is under that question mark block on the mountain/tower, if you see Dan pop with his "Toasty", and you press down+select (I think that is right), it will end that fight, move you up to the question block (you normally skip it and move to fight Shang Tsung) and you will fight Smoke.

Personally, I prefer the SNES version over this one because I'm somewhat familiar with it but nice review by the way.

I've played Mortal Kombat before, its a pretty good game. I like a good fighter game, but this has that twist that its no generic fighter. Its something you don't expect. Pretty dang violent.

I love this game, its so fun. I especially like the fatality moves in the game. 

Not a bad review but Dan forden is there so you can fight smoke by pressing down and start and there is no way to disable him sorry that's just the way midway designed the game

Not a badly done review, you could have split it up into more sections,
such as graphics, sound and so on.
Other than that great detail and a great review, keep up the good work!
