My favorite is definitely The Wind Waker (Gamecube), it had a great story and Link has a lot more emotion than in some of the other games.

I should probably play more Zelda games just to see which one is my favorite, but so far my favorite is The Wind Waker.  I think it's so cute!!  I kinda like the relationship between Tetra and Link too.  It's pretty cool.
