Why can I not enter netplay chat room?

My temporary ban has been lifted, my 24 hour newbie status has been returned to normal member, so why can I not view the netplay chat room anymore?

When I click it, I get a box pop up saying you have been banned.

I could not enter the netplay page previously because it said I was a newbie, but I've gotten a notification saying I am a normal member again. So what is the matter now?
