hey I got a trouble with my Pokémon Platinum  A GLITCH ALWAYS APPEARS WHEN I DEFEAT TEAM STEAM IN THE EARTH INSTITUTE always or everything turns black or everyone disappear or I can't get out of the room and crash in to the wind 
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO(if I can't do anything and I can not continue with the game be honest and please tell me ok )                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Thanks.
