You've gotten all of the gym badges, you've beaten you're rivals several times, you've endured the trials and challenges of Victory Road, Now it's time to face your destiny: A battle with the Elite Four!

I want to ask you all something, how long does it normally take you to beat the Elite Four in any Pokémon game? I'm referring to the first time you beat them, not the second time were they have even tougher Pokémon. Normally it takes me a ton of retries to finish them all off. Sometimes I chicken out and resort to using my legendary Pokémon.

One last question as well, I'm currently playing Pokémon White and I have fourteen days to beat the main story before White 2 comes out, all of my friends get it, and then start talking about the ending of the game because they are speed running demons who like to beat the game as soon as they get it on release day, do you have any suggestions on how to beat the Elite Four? Most of my Pokémon are around Level 41 and their Pokémon are Level 48-52, any help?

Usually the first try for me. My pokemon are extremely powerful before I get there. Sometimes I just bring one pokemon for fun.

Well it depends on what game really, with Red and Blue it doesn't take me very long to do anything because they are games I know inside and out I have been playing them since they first came out in the 90's but when it comes to like Ruby or Shappire it takes me a while, I'm really not all that used to the 3rd Gen Pokémon though so that could be why.

Im not even going to lie. It usually takes me about 3 times, because i got to get there pokemon selection in my brain and i also got to get the order they put them in. The dragons usually beat my dragons because they are a higher level. So yeah it takes me about 3 times to defeat it, if lucky 2.

Depends on generation I guess. Gen 1 and 2 I got on my first run. Gen 3 and 5 took me 2-3 tries. Gen four though... that was brutal I guess. Let's just say it took me awhile to get to Cynthia.
