I don't usually if it's just a nasty gory 'scary' movie; those don't scare me at all. But if it's a good atmospheric horror movie, then yeah. The last horror movie that scared me good was the original Grudge-I was sitting on the edge of my chair, breath suspended, totally into it. My grandfather scared the crap out of me right at that moment by coming into my room behind me and tapping me on the shoulder. Good thing I didn't hit him. It was close.

Actually I don't get scared of some scary movies and I am not a fan of like movies where someone is going around and killing every one like the chain letter or the chainsaw massacre. And I hear that some people think scary video games are scarier than movies but I don't agree. In a video game if you see something scary just kill it. LOL

I'm not really a fan of scary movies and rarely watch them outside of Halloween, but I have seen a handful in theatres. Only one ever really scared me. I didn't want to see it, but my friend insisted. I spent a good portion of the movie with my head buried in my friends shoulder and afterwards, I was jumping at every sound. Not my finest moment.

I have to admit that yes, sometimes I will jump or get chills If a movie Is really scary. A couple of movies come to mind, The exorcist part one and believe It or not paranormal activety made me have chills, I guess becuase my friends told me It was based on a true story lol.

I get scared at normal movies XD
Basically, whenever I go to a scary movie, I sit down, and shove my hand in the popcorn, and whenever something scary happens I crush my hand and the popcorn gets crushed too.
Needless to say, by the end of the movie, my popcorn is more like mashed corn . I don't get nightmares from scary movies though. Only if I watch them at the movies, when watching them at home, I wake up at like 3 AM pretty much stating my will and testimony lol
