I love playing Pokémon emerald through the retro game room if you look at my game history that's the #1 thing there. But the game makes your character move to fast. Because of this I cant catch anything using the rod because of the enhanced speed is there anything I can do about this. Please help!

I know its not because I saw space bar increased the speed more so that's not it its making me made cause I want water Pokémon now and the only other way is surf but I'm on the 3rd gym so till take along time.

Yeah this is a problem with the Plugin and I don't know the cause although I've asked the Plugin Developer numerous times without a response from him. You could probably reset the speed to default by deleting the config file from your Plugin Data folder, but it might just happen again since the root of the problem is unresolved.

Try going to Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder> User-272694 > VBA. In that folder you'll find a file with the name VBA.cfg, or it might be a file with just the name vba. Right-click and select delete the file and see if that will fix the problem when you go to play Pookemon Emerald.
