JigSaw : No, and this happens with other files from magnum diractory, (all of which are rom's/iso's. Do you need an account to download it? because I click on the "download" button, and it has the little animation that it has when you click any button, where it looks pressed, but then nothing happens, nothing loads, etc.

I'm reporting the N64 Emulator is not working. Its called "Project 64 1.6". It's one of the best emulators, so I wanted to get it. But the link, takes me to a "File not Found".

Also, I tried download the other N64 Emulator, "1964 0.9.9", But It's extremely glitchy, and I just don't like how its setup.

So please fix the link to N64 Emulator Project 64 1.6.

Google search: Project 64

Next, go to downloads, and click Binaries.

Sometimes there is a survey at this point, and to bypass it, delete project64/binaries and replace it with this:
