Fact of the matter is, creating a Mac compatible version of the plugin costs a lot of money and I believe it would also add more monthly costs for the site. Given that there are literally only a handful of people on this site who have no access to a PC in their home, it just doesn't justify the cost of doing this. Some people have had luck with running the plugin through certain programs on Macs, but I honestly do not know what they are since I am very unfamiliar with anything Mac related.

boombop5 : There are no plans to make the plugin compatible with Mac anytime soon. You could run a program like VM ware that allows you to run Windows inside of your Mac but that requires you to have a fully operational version of Windows as well.

You can use the Java emulators for now on your Mac. All that requires is updated Java.
