Gyarados: Flying/Water with a large movepull and a whopping 95 base attack right after it evolves, giving it a level 20 approach to most pokemon the look of a level 50. This pokemon is not as hurt by grass type moves as other water types, but will get hurt do to Electric pokemon

Blaziken: This Fire/Fighting/Flying type has the largest movepool yet, and with moves like mirror move to use against ghost and normal types, it has a much larger advantage than most. The use of Sky Uppercut(in my opinion the greatest move this pokemon can learn do to the EXTREME damage of this move) makes a formidable fight to any who want to try to sneak in a ground or flying type. As Fire can dominate most pokemon, this is also and advantage.

Shiftry: This powerfully balanced Dark/Grass type can take out pokemon like Swampert, and any other Non gayarados water types, it is formidable. This pokemon is also unnaffected by psychic types, and has a Killer advantage over ghost types, making it Constantly Formidable.

Donphan: I know most are going WTF donphan sucks, but when you have moves like Roll out and Earthquake, as well as fissure, you'll think again. This pokemon's movepool may be small, but it is perfect for getting rid of any Flying types as well as delivering a mighty blow to the pesky Electric types.

Lanturn: This water/'electric type is great for getting rid of other water types, as well as wonderful to use against other Electric types do to its extremely versatile Movepool. Moves like Thunder, Hydro Pump, and Whirlpool make this pokemon very good indeed.

And now for the clincher.............

WOBUFETT: this pokemon is perfect for fighting back. Though it cant attack directly, future sight, counter, revenge and other moves like tem are extremely useful in any fight. It makes a great pokemon for finishing off an enemy, but has low attack, defense, and speed stats, so you will need to get some work in on the defense using things such as carbos' and zinc. Try to avoid the Ghost types and you'll be fine .

THIS TEAM WAS MADE FROM EXPERIENCE. I HAVE PLAYED EVERY POKEMON EVER MADE AND THESE ARE SOME OF THE BEST!!!!!

That is a pretty good team, but I think my team is better! Aha. My team are as follows:

BLAZIKEN
GARDEVOIR
AGGRON
CRADILY
MILOTIC
SALAMENCE

This is my best Pokémon team for emerald version.

irfan3007 : this does seem alright, except gyrados is x4 weak to an electric attack and shifty is x4 weak to a bug type move. Also seems a little weird to have a gyrados AND lantern since they both are water pokemon....

I know the 2 water types in 1 Team is wierd, but, they are very effective. I acknowledge everyone's team choice, but wanted to supply a look at what you CAN get in an UNHACKED version.
