Don't get me wrong burgers are good to as long as they have a lot of lettuce on them with a lot of mayo for me. I like eating lettuce i will eat it plain with nothing on it. thats how much i like it.

I love the healthy stuff burgers can deliver. If done right the Burger can cover a well balanced diet. If I weighed in a little light for any reason I can eat a few burgers and solve the issue. If I know I am going to have to go a few hours till I eat again?
The Burger is the way I go.

If gaining weight is not an issue and taste and sleep is more of a concern?
Then Pizza is my go to Food.
If I have a ton time to kill when off duty?
I eat a little more pizza than normal.
I am more of a fan of the social activities that take place around the item of the pizza.
With the burger you get sustenance to go on a long day.
With the Pizza?
"It's Miller Time." And we all know it.

I actually prefer burgers. I find that they are a better mix of food than pizza. Pizza is quite often too greasy and I don't really love cooked vegetables. I prefer crunchy lettuce, tomato and onions to soft, cooked stuff on pizza.
