Originating on old arcade machines, the game is basically a "Pick your Path" game. You begin the game as a knight looking for his princess, and so you search for her in a perilous castle. There isn't really much to say about the game other then the dialog can be quite funny, the game is kind of short, and the game play can get really tedious. The game was ported to the NES, but instead of keeping the great format the arcade game had created, the NES port tried to make it into a plat former. The NES port is also notorious for it's incredibly difficulty, which isn't always fair. Quick summary for the arcade and Xbox 360 version: Great game play very addictive, and an overall good game.

Pretty off-topic, but Fable is, by far, the best game in which you can choose your path. Although, they've been going downhill since Fable 1.5: The Lost Chapters.

Hmm, I would only give this game a try if I got it for free ( I never really liked games like Fable, I found them pretty boring ). But than again I might not play it because it is a short game as you said.
