My favorite comedy jutsu would have to be 1000 years of death as even kakashi is scared of it but it does have a battle role as if the had is substituted for a kunai with an explosive tag it can be deadly. But seriously it would have to be rasenshuriken as it is unique as I think it is the only jutsu in its class using both an element as well as chakara molding

My favorite justu in the Naruto series is probably Susano'o. Sasuke, Itachi, and Madara can use this special Uchiha technique. Susano'o has strength beyond the Tailed Beasts. In the manga, Madara is seen using Perfect Susano'o and slashing through mountains. If the Naruto series is taking place in ancient Japan. I'm guessing Japan was a lot bigger back then... My guess is Madara cut Japan to a smaller size.
