I've been scouring the net for a few months (!) trying to find a copy of this game, with no success. It's pretty old, and it obviously wasn't popular, but I did like it and I really want to find it again. I know it's a long shot, but if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

That is not what OP was looking for. "The Ginyu Force on Earth" or "The Ginew Force on Earth"; RPG Maker 2000 game that was developed a few years back. Its features were a humorous storyline and a custom battle system akin to Final Fantasy IV. It was created by a Frenchman named Captain Ginew, as he was known to some (same person responsible for a popular fan translated Super Gokuden 2 or whatever).

I do not have this game. I was looking for it when I came across this post. Unfortunately, I do not think many instances of this game exist anymore. A search in Google yielded only a hand of results, and it has been years since I have talked to anyone who could potentially still have it.
I do know the handles of the game's creator, and some of his friends... I have not contact them for years, but... maybe it's worth a try.
