Seriously, there is a difference apparently. Geeks are people that know a lot about one subject (example: star wars geeks). Nerds know a lot about varied things, mostly academic (those people that get A's on everything). Dorks are the ones that have trouble with social skills (Napoleon Dynamite). I'm a nerd and a geek, and I am damn proud of it. People labeled me as goth because I wore black, but I was only quasi-goth at most, I just didn't have that mindset. I missed the whole "emo" thing because it started after I graduated high school but I am sure I would have gotten that label... and maybe I was. I was a cutter, I wrote dark poetry... but there was no "emo style" so I probably would not have been looked at twice. When they call you emo, correct them. Tell them you are not emo, just a klutz.
