Right now, they increase those RPG stats on your profile to make you look cool . But somewhere down the road, David plans on developing the Battle Arena feature where you can battle other users with your own little character. Those stats and items will then have a functional use. I'll close this because you are not going to get a different answer. (unless someone gives you a wrong answer)
