Hacking is not something easy. Far too complicated to be taught in a forum.
If you are interested in computers and networks, I'd suggest you learn programming. Python is a great language to start, it's pretty easy to learn as there are plenty of tutorials on the Internet (Udacity, khan academy...), but like any other programming languages, it will be no use to learn it if you do not know how to properly operate your computer.
It would be good if you firstly learned how to fully use windows and it's configurations, then move to computer science (not required though).
Most "hackers" got their knowledge by attending to computer science classes(college, high school, or even a paid course), so if you want to learn programming that's also an alternative (the easier to follow actually, as learning by yourself usually requires a lot of willpower).
By the way, I am being very kind here, most people would shun you for asking that, and it's because people don't like to have their knowledge treated with such "disregard". Also, I suggest you keep hacking off your mind while you study, if you study, programming, not only you will get frustrated, if you ever ask any questions about it, actual hackers might use you as a tool or just trick you into destroying your computer.
If you are really interested in that, please reply, and I'll see what I can help you with.
PS : I am not a hacker, and you shouldn't be one as well...
PPS: Yes it is kinda of possible to "hack" without programming knowledge, but it'll either be extremely hard, or you will have no idea of what you are doing
