I just thought it might be interesting for us all to look back on some of the things from our childhood that became a part of us throughout our journey to adulthood. You might find some things that you had forgotten about and would like to relive, or maybe some of the younger users here will find some new and interesting retro treasures to be passed on throughout the next generations as well. Who knows, the younger crowd may even have some things to contribute that we old folks never even knew about! Anyway, to get this thread started, I would like to post some of the things that stuck with me throughout the years. Here goes:

David the Gnome
The Smurfs
Eureeka's Castle
Allegra's Window
Gullah Gullah Island
Reading Rainbow
Thundercats
Little Bear
Franklin (the turtle)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Inspector Gadget
Legends of the Hidden Temple
Rocko's Modern Life
Doug
Three's Company
The Facts of Life
Labyrinth
The Neverending Story
Family Matters
Growing Pains
Captain Planet
Animaniacs
Cheers
In Living Color
Perfect Strangers

I remember as a child I used to watch Kids WB every Saturday mornings, they had some great shows that still stick with me like Yu-Gi-Oh! Pokémon, Cubix and other gems but I also remember things like Alf and Darkwing Duck oh and of course Gargoyles. My girlfriend and I have decided that when we have children we were going to raise them on these shows and hope that it kind of sticks with them like it did us.

Man, I miss watching "Inspector Gadget". I remember watching that back when I was only four years old. I always liked that villain that sat in the chair with his cat and tried to eliminate gadget. I forgot what his name was.

I saw The Neverending story in that list and thought back to my early childhood watching that movie thinking, " what the heck is this even?"  But I love the movie because of the weirdness.
