I was wondering if anyone could tell me how you put a banner in your profile?since an new here if someone could tell me I would be grateful and be thankfull it's been awhile since I have been on a forum.

when you either get 100 posts (or if you become trusted before that) you can click the "Edit Layout" link and add a signature.
you use standard BBCode for the image, ie: [img]https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/images/banner.jpg[/img]
that same code will work if you want a banner in your profiles bio section.

EDIT: unless you mean have a picture next to your name, then you click the "Edit Profile" link and put a picture link where it says "Minipic".
The picture is resized to 11x11.
