Yup, not the fanfic I'm writing, but a real book with original characters and ideas. Though true, some things are inspired by other things, but I'm doing it in an original fashion. Or as original as I can get. It's a story about vampires. The general gist of it is that there are two vampire factions at war with each other, and humans are just sort of caught in the middle. And no, its not, and I repeat, NOT inspired by the Twilight series! I haven't read the books, (Thank, GOD!) But gosh dang it, from what I've heard from other people, those books stink! What was the authoress thinking when she wrote these books? She ruined vampires, I mean, how dumb is it, that vampires don't go out during daylight because they sparkle? When I was first told that, I was like, dah HECK you say!? But I'm getting off track, sorry for the rant, but I needed to get this off my chest, at least my sister didn't get hooked like wiredwabbits's sister, sorry to hear that dude.

Really, she knows what kind of audience that she was writing to... so as much as I hate those books and the movie, eh I have to give her credit for that.

I also hope you have something or other up your sleeve... not saying that you have a bad idea there, but from the general overview.. it's one that's been done a thousand times over.

I have a neat plot twist I don't think anyone has done before, but don't quote me on that, but true, two vampire factions fighting each other may have been done quite a few times already, but I don't think to the extent I'm going to do and why. There are going to be interesting plot twists and character developments that I have planned, and I even have a bit of it written out already, so I'm going to pour a lot of time and effort into this. And hopefully during this time I'll be able to come up with a title, do you know how hard it is to come up with a title? I thought of two already but they are probably already taken, and they sound really corny. They were either Beings or Creatures of the Night, but I don't think they do what I'm planning justice at all. But I'll worry about that after I finish the book, and I already found a place to get my book published, and when I get it done, I'll make a website for it. I've seen one website for a book series and how its setup, so I have a good idea what to do. If I'm lucky, I'll get this out before the end of the year, if I'm lucky.

Almost every plot point has been done before; it's all now a matter of execution that is the key.

This reminds me of Blade 2 Cause I think there were two groups of vampires in that can't remember clearly.

Any progress? Can't wait to read some of it.

The book is coming along fine, I've done about 47 pages, and I'm on the eighth chapter at the moment. If I'm lucky I should get this out there to buy around the end of the year, and I hope you'll like it. Sad to say though, I'll probably get dumb reviews by Twilight fans saying things along the lines of, "Oh but it isn't like Twilight!" "It didn't have romance like Twilight!" Yada yada yada. Sadly that's what's happening to vampire books that are coming out right now, kind of sad that's what people are now looking for. But for fans of true vampires, and vampire violence, you'll get your moneys worth if you read my book. Oh, and Twilight fans, I have just a few words to say.
