So I saved a game of pokemon yellow last night and then turned off my computer. I came back today and tried 2 play but there was no save. Any help?

iwestcoastin : What emulator are you using? If you are using JavaBoy, Save in the game first and than save in the emulator by double clicking the screen. A box will come up saying "Are you sure you want to save?" click yes. Do load your game file, Double click the screen and a box will come up saying "Are you sure you want to load?" click yes and at the Main Menu, Your game file is there and your done!

iwestcoastin : If you are using the RGR plugin your best bet is to use save states. Press F2 to save and F4 to load. Even if you only intend to save in-game the way the game intended use the save states as a backup.

Edit: Found out what you mean. I'm playing on the recommended. Recommended: Using VizzedAEPgb Java Emulator
(Doesn't require any plugins except updated java)

ClearAsCrystal : It works now. Thanks everyone. I played for about a hour, saved, came back later and hit F2 (save) and start up rather than F4 (load) and it overwrote my save and I was forced 2 start over.
