As the title implies, what can you do that you've taught yourself. Did you learn to speak a language? Play an instrument? Ride a bike? Brew your own beer? I talking about major skills like that. Something like simply rollerblading or riding a skate board (without tricks) is something everyone can do.

I've tried teaching myself to play the piano and to learn Japanese, but I never got very far. If anything, I'd say I taught myself how to do front and back flips.
