I had initially put a 20,000 vizz award for someone who helped the most, but I haven't actually awarded it like I should have. Therefore I am starting a system for the vizz to poor system where I give the person who helps the most 5,000 vizz at the beginning of each month, since I just started this just to be fair for just this month I am giving 2000 vizz to each of the top 4 helpers. The main reason for starting this system is because I feel that this is more of a continuous thread and to give an award of 20,000 vizz one time would not be fair to other helpers.

True, but if newbies just skip through the introduction and wonder why they can't get any viz, its their fault. If they can simply post a reply to this thread, then hopefully they will figure out eventually that anything beneficial to vizzed in any way now, like answering a thread and spell checking, will give them vizzed. there is no need to beg when almost anything you do on vizzed earns viz

I can probably bet that 60% of the really successful vizzed board members did not do the intro. This help thread has many purposes in a sense and one purpose is to potentially allow newbies time to figure things out. I mean I understand your point about doing the intros but help threads like these can also serve as a way for friends to be made. Some of the members this thread has helped here have become friends with the helpers me being one person who has been friend-ed. Also some of the helped have come back as helpers.
