That looks like Sonic '06 according to the cover, which was by far like the most hated Sonic game ever, I'm serious, because Sonic '06 has tons of problems, like being unfinished, broken with glitches, death trap in a corner with a battle vs Silver, and a lot more. I can link YouTube videos to Sonic '06 if you want to see how broken it really is.
