I thought that I had solved this issue once before, but apparently not. I get this same warning box repetitively every time I open an instance of zsnes through the rgr plugin. Sometimes, instead of crashing my browser, it will restore the last instance and then the plugin works perfectly until I close it. However, if I try to enter configuration mode at any point in time, the emulator says that the game is loading, and to not close the browser, as it could result in a crash; it stays on this screen indefinitely. This only happens with zsnes, and happens in both Internet Explorer and in FireFox. Neither refreshing my browser, rebooting my computer, nor re-installing the rgr plugin solve the issue. The first time I ever ran a game on the emulator, it worked perfectly, and the problem did not begin to occur until after that. I have also tried several different games, so I know it isn't a problem with any specific rom. Any suggestions? Thanks.

GuardianZack : Sorry to hear about your trouble. Have you ever set ZSNES into fullscreen mode? Based off of info I have found from the ZSNES developer they said the following:

You can try to delete zsnesw.cfg found in your vizzed directory:
Go to Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder > User(Number) > ZSNES.

Yes, I had tried fullscreen mode, and that sounds like it would be exactly the problem. However, another problem now exists. I have no Plugin Data Folder. When I click on the folder, it attempts to install, and then I get an error stating that 'the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'.

GuardianZack : Are you using Vista or Windows 7?

You could also try these steps if you feel comfortable

Possible Solutions for direct draw errors:

- Run dxdiag (type dxdiag from your Start Menu into either the 'Run...' or 'Search') when the Direct X Diagnostic Tool opens, select the Display tab and disable all the graphics acceleration (DirectDraw/Direct3D/AGP) and then re-enable them

- From the SNES emulator menu select a video resolution that has "S" instead of D or W (non-D mode).
Esc -> CONFIG -> VIDEO

I am using Vista. I think the problem is that I did not save the .msi to my computer, but instead installed from the web. I will also try that which you just suggested as well as re-installing from the actual file downloaded to my computer and see if that helps.

I appreciate the help.
