My favorite grass type would have to be torterra.. He is part ground so he has high defense and attack and part grass so he has sp defense, health, and a pretty good move pool. Torterra can be used as a tank sweeper or a defense wall Pokémon in competitive play. All around it is powerhouse and the best starter final evolution of generation 4, don't believe me on the best starter final evolution of generation? Well Torterra can take down inferape with its ground type move and Empoleon with its ground and grass type moves, so by this logic this would make torterra the best grass type of all time.
