Hi al, I'm MSXBoy (Well, not my real name of course ), male, 37 y.o., slightly mad and I have been playing MSX games since 1984. Very happy to see quite a few of my favourite games here so I can get that old time feeling back. Sometimes I wonder how it was that those games back then were so much cooler than the new games nowadays. Yeah, you got all these cool graphics and sounds but they all seem so short now. I could play the Ys games for weeks (or it felt that way).

Well, no more boring you with my nonsense, let's see if I really got rid of the ads next to the games now.

MSXBoy : Welcome to the site! I do know what you mean about "retro" gaming. Although I do enjoy modern gaming I always find myself going back to the old classics from the 80's and 90's games that are so well made that I still enjoy playing them like 20 years later.

I can't imagine myself doing that for a lot of games released nowadays.
