That is kind of hard, because I do like Rapidash, but when Horsea evolves it becomes Seadra and then Kingdra and those are pretty breast. I think I would go with Horsea.

Both Pokemon are cool in my opinion.

I prefer a Fire type, in this case Rapidash because they tend to be more powerful. Not to mention Rapidash is a bad ass fiery horse!

I don't like Horsea much, but I do like its final evolution, Kingdra!
