Well, I've got up to Enermy City, and in order to get to the 5th gym, I need to have Lava surf. Well I got it. And taught it to my Dragonair and Charizard. And when I tried to use it on the lava in the cave, it said I need a badge.
But then I realized it was the 2nd gym badge I was missing. And I've checked on the map and it was Esmerald City.

As you know, you need to get on a boat/ship to get there. But when I arrived to the dock, the ship was no longer there. Is there any way I can get there? Because I cannot continue the game without it. And I am so not resting.
My Pokémon team is:
Charizard - Lvl 43
Zoroark - Lvl 43
Pikachu - Lvl 43
Dragonair - Lvl 43
Pupitar - Lvl 43

Thats why i do not want to reset. This is the best team i've had in any pokemon game and i dont want to loose it.

If people are going to say i need to wait till i get fly or surf, i cant. Because i cant go to the next city to get the HM's because im missing the 2nd badge.
