As I hope most of you know, communism is an economic system in which everybody is totally equal, in which every citizen is a patriot who works hard for the good of his country, and is paid the same as everybody else. Everybody in this system has an equal shot at everything.
Personally, I don't like it. It's like a classroom where instead of the hardworking students being rewarded with an A and the slackers being punished with an F, everybody gets a C.
What do you guys think?

heh, communism only works when everyone in the society wants it to....

the problem is, that most people want more than everyone else....

ive had this same discussion with people on another forum but i assume your all alot smatter so i'llonly say it once.
In communisim there are 3 levels basically you could them Workers, the People and the Leaders. Works do the hard work, People are like middle class, wealthy and make sure the workers do there work and the leaders run everything else. be it a town or a country. Welfare and how the goverment takes our money without proper cause is wealth redistribution. That is a very communist priciple. If I want a poor person to have my money I can give it to them. I don't need the gov to take it and regulate. The goveremnt regulation stifles our economy.

Well, back to the theory of Communism...

It actually has been proven to work in the real world, but only with a very small population, which is why the USSR failed. The reason that it does not work in large groups is that it is human nature to be greedy, so they take advantage of it, and in larger groups this percentage of slackers is much larger than say 1 villager in a village of 100 people.

Thats my biggest pet peve i think. People who just don't give a s***. They don't care about themselves (enough to do whats best for themselves), they drag their friends down, and just suck off society.
