Would be epic if you guys could put a PC98 emulator in the RGR, playing the original touhou games on a web emulator would be pretty sweet.

Yeah pretty much any emulator would be possible to add to the RGR Plugin given that Davideo7 would want it. Also if there's Java emulators available, those obviously wouldn't have to be included as a Plugin based system, but I don't think any Java emulator is available for pc98.
