What is your most favorite pokemon scene?

I understand that most people like pikachu, but can't you just turn your back at pikachu and eleminate them all!?

I think my most favorite scene in the Pokémon anime was when Mewtwo blew up Giovanni's lab, I always thought it was kind of cool how they made the movie but it still came off of the show, you know how television series' make a movie and then never mention it again? Well Pokémon brought it up before it even happened and I thought that was awesome.

I also think that one of my favorites was one of the most remembered things in the series, when Ash 'died' in Pokémon The First Movie Mewtwo Strikes Back. All of the Pokémon crying and their tears floating in the sky it was so sad. I lost it when Pikachu started to cry. I love this movie.

my fav pokemon scene was the second season in the episode with the pink pokemon island. and then they said in the pokedex that the pink rhyhorn was shy so ash called it a shyhorn.



another fav scene was in the second season movie (season 2 was the funiest). it was when team rocket was holding onto lugia and then they let go and said "lets not say goodbye. lets just say we are gonna dye" i was laughing so much

My favourite Pokemon scene is where ashes Charizard goes to sleep in the Pokemon league...
Even though it basically ruined the series for some... I found it... Hilarious... all the children's dreams... crushed...

Favorite serious moment? Team Rocket standing up to a poacher while letting Arbok and Weezing go. Pretty much too a serious hyper beam beating multiple times to assure their Arbok and Weezing would get away safely. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvD1jrTrz6w) Really got my eyes filled with tears. One of those awesome Anti-Hero moments of theirs that makes me love them so much.



Favorite funny moment? Team Rocket again! On the Island of the giant Pokémon after Ash and crew land into the runaway cart that Team Rocket is in:
 

Just the great one's why don't you.  Sigh well without the Pikachu moments like General Sarge or when Ash is just starting out. I would go with Charizard moment at the party after Ash's first Pokemon Champ attempt.

Sweet Baby James. Season 9 episode 424. (my favorite scene lies within this episode)

I know this is a strange answer considering it's in the middle of the series, but, just watch it and tell me you don't feel like crying when James has to say goodbye to Chimecho.

  First off, I have to say that I was not following Pokémon at the time. I had not seen the episode before or after this one. I just decided to turn on my television one day and I saw Pokémon was on, so I decided to watch it. It starts out with Ash and company as usual but you can tell that something is not right, It turns out that May's Munchlax is sick. It won't even eat. That's pretty surprising for a Munchlax. And then you find out that there are no poke centers nearby. Fortunately an old man and lady shows up and offers to take care of Munchlax and let the kids stay in their villa.
 
  After the intro theme, you find out that James is in a similar situation with his Chimecho. The poor little Pokémon can't even cast Heal Bell on itself . This is the episode that made me fall in love with James. He's so caring toward his Pokémon. He's so genuinely concerned when Chimecho is sick. I will not talk about the whole episode because, well, the thread asked for my favorite scene.

  *Spoiler of course*

  Okay so in the end, James is forced to leave Chimecho behind at the old folks home, the old people actually turn out to be his grandparents. And the moment when he says goodbye to his Pokémon is heartbreaking. I nearly cry when that song starts singing.... it was just so sad.... but then a happy moment happens right after it.

  anyway, That is my favorite scene from the entire Pokémon series.
